  • What is microFIT?

    microFIT is a government program that encourages the development of small renewable energy projects in Ontario, such as solar.

    As a homeowner, farmer or small business owner, you can establish a renewable energy project that generates 10 kilowatts per hour or less, and your approved project can earn a guaranteed rate for all solar energy you generate over the 20-year contract.
